Raise awareness and brand your organization on campus
We know that students are the future of the workforce. Whether you want to hire students, recruit volunteers or simply get more people talking about your organization, getting involved on campus is the best way to get started. It’s about more than networking. It’s about forming lasting connections that lead to future opportunities.
Seasons Retirement Communities was glad to be a part of the most recent career fair at McMaster University. It was well organized, the virtual platform was versatile and easy to use, and the students were enthusiastic. A few of them have already applied to work with us!

Post a job on OSCARplus
When it comes to connecting with students, it helps to meet them where they are. That place is OSCARplus, our job posting and registration platform. Students need to use OSCARplus to book appointments, apply for special programs and opportunities, register for workshops and events — and more. So why not take advantage of all that digital traffic to advertise your organization and opportunities?
Why post a job with us?
In addition to the entire population of more than 25,000 students at McMaster, OSCARplus advertises your postings to more than 6,000 final-year students and alumni. And we can help you make the most of your postings.
- Our staff can provide tips on how to create an effective posting that will attract your ideal candidates.
- All career offices at McMaster work collaboratively to promote your opportunities across all Faculties and Programs (Arts & Science, Business, Engineering, Health Sciences, Humanities, Social Sciences and Science).
- We may be able to support your hiring with funding options to subsidize wages.

Build meaningful connections and increase your brand visibility on campus
The Ambassador Program is a collaborative initiative that connects organizations with engaged student leaders who represent your brand, share career insights, and support recruitment efforts.
Why partner with an ambassador?
- Raise awareness: Ambassadors promote your organization through peer-to-peer engagement, events and social media.
- Strengthen recruitment: Gain access to a network of career-ready students and alumni.
- Build community: Foster authentic connections through student-led outreach and storytelling.
How it works
